First of all open your google account at-google.com/webmasters and click at ADD YOUR SITE.
Then Google will ask you to verify that you are the owner of this blog and  copy-paste the meta code and put this META CODE ON YOUR BLOG.


Go back to your google webmaster account and submit your site map linke this----

http://www.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false

Once the clock status icon changes to a green tick, your Blogger sitemap has been successfully submitted to Google for indexing.
